Unveiled in early 2006, the Mantra South Bank Brisbane is a smoke-free, all-apartment hotel occupying lobby level through to the seventh floor of a 12-floor apartment block. Private residences comprise the top four floors. A 20-metre, heated outdoor lap pool, spa tub, and fitness centre are located on level two. Several function spaces for groups of up to 70 guests are available for hire, and wireless Internet access is provided across public areas. |

Conference/function rooms: There are four function areas located on level one (mezzanine floor), comprising two function rooms and two breakout areas. Saville One is the largest enclosed function space, at 54 square metres, and holds up to 60 guests for cocktails. The Boardroom is the smallest area, encompassing 28 square metres and accommodating 12 guests. The open-plan pre-function area covers 38 square metres and is suitable for up to 30 guests for cocktails. The open-plan space on the Mezzanine level is slightly larger, at 53 square metres, and holds up to 70 guests for cocktails. These areas offer a large amount of natural light.
